Your driver will collect you from your hotel or other pickup point in Antananarivo and depart along the RN2 towards Andasibe.
The journey showcases highland landscapes filled with rice fields, charming villages, and lush forested hills, gradually transitioning into the humid rainforest as you approach Andasibe.
Upon arrival, explore the Analamazaotra section of Andasibe-Mantadia National Park with a knowledgeable local guide. This area is renowned for its population of indri, the largest living lemur, as well as other fascinating species, including sifaka.
Enjoy lunch at a local hotel (included), followed by a visit to the Vakona private reserve. Here, Lemur Island offers close encounters with several lemur species in a controlled environment, and the reserve also features areas where reptiles, birds, and other wildlife can be observed.
After your visit, return to Antananarivo.
This tour is priced based on the number of people in your group. It is available any day of the week, all year round, but must be booked at least 3 days in advance to allow us time to prepare a vehicle and other arrangements. If you are booking on public holidays, such as long weekends, please give us extra time to ensure your trip is ready on time.

Your driver will collect you from Ivato Domestic Terminal. We will drive along a scenic road to Andasibe, base for discovering the Andasibe National Park, a journey of about 4 hours. Here the adventure really starts. You will notice that the landscape changes. The road in comparison to many Malagasy roads is in excellent condition but with many uphills/downhills, many curves. In general, it is a beautiful landscape, composed of small villages, rice paddies, tropical plants and forest.
